Become a Member of ASUS

ASUS membership is qualified only for participants who register ASUS 2024 until next ASUS conference.

For those who do not attend the congress but would like to be an ASUS member, please contact us at secretariat@asus.or.kr

Registration Fee

• * “Member” refers to ASUS members.
• * International participants who attend the congress obtain a membership of ASUS.
• * Students need to send a copy of their student ID card or a certificate from their institution to the secretariat by e-mail.
• * Discounts on registration fee are only applied when payment is made in full within the specified period.
• * Registration will not be completed until full payment is received.

Optional Program

• **Hands-on fee for Anorectal USG I: KRW 150,000
• * Hands-on fee won't be refunded for the stability in the number of registrants and the group formation.

Hands-on Session

• * Registration is made on a first come first-served basis.
• * Each hands-on session can have up to 4 persons to register.
• * For more details, please go to the Hands-on Session page.

Payment Method (Bank Transfer ONLY)

• * Registration fee should be remitted under the name of registrant.
• * A copy of remittance slip should be sent to the secretariat by email.
• * All bank remittance charges are to be paid by participants.

Cancellation and Refund Policy

• * Registration fee should be remitted under the name of registrant.
• * All refunds will be made after the congress.
• * All bank services charges and administrative fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
